HBF Member Plus is a network of health providers that provides exclusive discounts and benefits to HBF members. For HBF members, our services at Prospect Road Dental are offered at a set reduced cost or a discount based on an agreement.

You get more value out of your Basic Extras plan. HBF Member Plus may cover preventative, restorative, and orthodontic treatments depending on your coverage. Up to 100% of dental preventive visits like exams, scale and cleans, and fluoride treatments are covered.

How Does HBF Members Plus Work?

We will be able to process your claim electronically with our HICAPS machine. Swipe your member card at the point of payment, and we will receive payment from HBF directly.

The only payment you will need to make is for the difference between what you are charged and what you are entitled to under your policy. Specific treatments come with a cap on costs, and waiting periods may also apply.
