Instant Access to Quality Dental Care
Through various initiatives, Dental Health Services (DHS) offers subsidised general and emergency dental care to those who are geographically or economically disadvantaged. The Metropolitan Patients Dental Subsidy Scheme (MPDSS) is available to people on a public dental waiting list and need non-urgent general dental care. DHS has teamed up with participating private dental practices to make this possible.
The MPDSS is available at Prospect Road Dental because we believe that dental care should be affordable and accessible for everyone.
How Does the MPDSS Work?
The price of your dental treatment will depend on the specific procedures you need. For those treatments initially covered by the program, the West Australian Government will cover up to 75% of the total bill without you having to make co-payments. If our dentist deems it necessary, additional fees may apply for other dental services that our dentist determines are necessary.
