• Includes:

  • Scale and clean
  • 2 bitewing X-rays
  • Fluoride treatment
• Excludes additional diagnostic imaging, periodontal treatment, emergency care, or other services not expressly listed.
• This offer cannot be claimed through health fund benefits.
• Additional treatment recommended during the appointment will be subject to standard fees.

4. Terms of Use

• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or payment plan.
• Non-redeemable for cash or any other service.

5. Health Fund Clarification

• This offer is a private patient offer and cannot be claimed through health fund benefits.
• Patients with health fund cover may choose to book a standard appointment and claim their health fund benefits instead.

6. Scope of Offers

• Offers are limited to the services specifically described.
• They do not include follow-up appointments, additional treatments, or diagnostic services unless expressly stated.
